Leading Broker and Author Releases Third Book
Published November 16, 2007
Fayetteville, NC (PRWeb) November 16, 2007 — Matt Jones, Founder and CEO of FavoriteAgent.com, contributes his third book to the real estate industry, entitled Traffic: How to Sell Fast and Net More, this time directing his pen toward real estate consumers. In this book, Jones teaches sellers how to take control over the sale of their own home, whether they're working with an agent or not.
According to Jones, his inspiration to write the book came from his frustrations with trying to sell his own home using traditional methods several years before he became a real estate agent. This book is to show sellers that there is a new way. The author details how regular folks can use the same common sense approach he used to sell over 114 homes his first calendar year in the business – in half the time, while netting 3% more money.
"Traffic is an odd book for a real estate coach to write," Jones explains, "because it's written to regular people, not agents." He goes on, "I don't want the takeaway to be that sellers don't need agents. Sometimes you do, but the approach you use is more important than which agent you pick."
